Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to the start of the online course will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 to 7 days will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours from the start date of the online course will be assessed a 40% cancellation fee. 

Cancellation requests can be made via phone or email. 

By registering for an online course, you confirm your agreement to the stated cancellation and refund policies.

Changing fees

CPV Corporate Service Ltd reserves the right to change the price of the services and training courses, or any component thereof, in any way and at any time as CPV Corporate Services Ltd determines in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that such changes do not apply to fees paid prior to the time of the change.
